The Accommodation
The double storey townhouse has 3 well appointed bedrooms, 2 looking out over the slopes of Signal Hill and the third with views of the Atlantic Ocean and Robben Island. All 3 bedrooms have full en-suite bathrooms and balconies with large French doors equipped with security gates.
The sea-facing bedroom has a double bed as does one of the mountain-facing ones. The third bedroom, also mountain-facing, has 2 single beds which can be positioned separately or side by side. In addition, for large groups, the upstairs living area can be cleared to take an extra 4 single beds.



Living Areas
The spacious downstairs lounge is equipped with DStv, the cable station, a VCR, DVD, music centre and hundreds of up-to-date movies, available free and at any time, plenty of comfortable seating as well as a double sleeper couch. There is direct access into the garage and a guest loo with toilet and handbasin. The kitchen area is fully equipped with everything necessary for a stay of any length including a refrigerator with freezer, under-counter oven with hob and extractor fan, automatic washing machine / tumble dryer combo, microwave and coffee machine. There are stairs down to a back patio with washing lines.
